Am I eligible for a return or exchange?

  • We accept returns or exchanges for products that are unused, unworn and in their original condition
  • We will not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or damaged
  • Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 40 days from the date of purchase (if the above conditions are met)

How can I initiate a return or exchange?

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us using our Contact Us page form or email us at trulyhers.ca@gmail.com within the specified return period
  • Please provide us with your full name, order number and the reason for the return or exchange
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us and for the shipping fees incurred in the process
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your return
  • We will provide all instructions via email on how to initiate a return once we are contacted

How long do I need to wait for the return or exchange to be processed?

  • Upon us receiving the product(s) for return or exchange, please allow for 3 business days to process the return or exchange
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account
  • Exchanges will be processed and replacement items will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving the returned item
