How long does it take to process my order?

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days
  • Orders placed on Fridays 1 PM EDT onwards will be processed the following business day
  • Once an order has been placed, a confirmation email for the order will be sent
  • Once an order has been processed & shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking link & number
  • Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping address for order delivery

How are shipping rates calculated?

  • Shipping rates are calculated prior to submitting your payment information based on the weight of the package & shipping location
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process
  • Delivery times will vary based on shipping location
  • While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions or carrier delays)
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $50 CAD & $60 USD
  • We currently only provide shipping to Canada and the US. We are working on providing international shipping very soon!

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once an order is processed / shipped, you will receive a tracking link & number via email
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment
  • Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation

Pick-Up Option:

  • We are happy to provide a pick-up location in Mississauga for all orders.
  • Pick-up location address -> 320 Matheson Blvd W in Mississauga, ON
