How long does it take to process my order?
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days
- Orders placed on Fridays 1 PM EDT onwards will be processed the following business day
- Once an order has been placed, a confirmation email for the order will be sent
- Once an order has been processed & shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking link & number
- Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping address for order delivery
How are shipping rates calculated?
- Shipping rates are calculated prior to submitting your payment information based on the weight of the package & shipping location
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process
- Delivery times will vary based on shipping location
- While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions or carrier delays)
- Free shipping is available for orders over $50 CAD & $60 USD
- We currently only provide shipping to Canada and the US. We are working on providing international shipping very soon!
Tracking Your Order:
- Once an order is processed / shipped, you will receive a tracking link & number via email
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment
- Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation
Pick-Up Option:
- We are happy to provide a pick-up location in Mississauga for all orders.
